Panatec are proud sponsors of Tom Boardman in the British Touring Car Championship 2018. Tom has secured a drive back in the BTCC at the wheel of one of the popular MG6 cars, he is driving for AMD.

Tom Boardman has raced in World Touring Cars, British Touring Cars and the TCR Championship. On his journey to the pinnacle of the Touring Car scene, he has also won the Spanish SEAT Supercopa Championship and the SEAT Cupra Smartnav Championship.

Tom would become the youngest driver in the history of the BTCC when he joined the Production Class of the 2001 series with his family-run Tom Boardman Racing team.

The 2018 British Touring Car Championship is a motor racing championship for production-based touring cars held across the UK.

The championship features a mix of professional motor racing teams and privately funded amateur drivers competing in highly modified versions of family cars which are sold to the general public and conform to the technical regulations for the championship. The 2018 season will be the 61st British Touring Car Championship season.
